Victor Mugo

Regional Coordinator, Nourishing Africa.

Mr Victor Mugo is a climate smart agriculture, agribusiness development & Youth engagement specialist whose work has enabled the youth transition to climate resilient agriculture and agricultural entrepreneurship. Mr. Victor is the Regional Coordinator (EA) for Nourishing Africa. He is also the Director for the Climate Smart Agriculture Youth Network (CSAYN).

Mr. Victor serves as the Co-Chair to the Youth Liaisons Group of the historic UN Food Systems Summit (UNFSS) where he works to build meaningful youth engagement, representation and participation in transforming global food systems. He is a regular columnist for the Business Daily and the lead author of UNEP's Global Environmental Outlook - GEO for Youth, Africa.

In 2020, Mr. Victor Mugo was recognized as the Youth of the Year - Agribusiness category in the Top 35 Under 35 Awards. He is a Borlaug-Adesina Fellow as well as a YALI Alumnus. He is currently pursuing his Masters in Development Finance from the Strathmore Business School.
